The Lighthouse (£40 per night) - single bedroom on the top floor - shared bathroom on the first floor
The Anchor (£95 per night) - double bedroom on the top floor with private bathroom and gorgeous sea and mountain views - retreat room - w/o TV
The Boat (£75 per night) - double bedroom on the first floor with shared bathroom across the landing and gorgeous sea and mountain views

Home-cooked breakfast is included in the prices and is available any time before 10.30 for guests.

I'm open till 10th December 2017 this year, re-opening on 15th January 2018.

The house is a stunning Victorian end of terrace with some of the original features and my small business opened officially on 31/03/2017 offering the above detailed family and dog friendly non-smoking accommodation. Breakfast is made from predominantly locally sourced produce, home-cooked and specific dietary requirements can be catered for, provided notice is given at time of booking.

Street parking is available as I'm located just off the Penmaenmawr high street. Beach is 5 minutes downhill, same as the train station. Local buses run from the bus stop at the library another 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction.

I speak English, German, French and basic Spanish and run my B&B with sustainable/environmentally friendly principles in mind (towel and bedlinen change frequency, recycling, local produce, energy efficient appliances, etc.).
